Healthcare with a little something extra

In Louisiana, lagniappe refers to the little something extra that comes with a purchase. This unique tradition inspired the creation of a new identity for LCMC Health - a brand filled to the brim with character and true NOLA flair.

Working alongside the team at Monigle, I led the development of a voice and messaging strategy as unique and spirited as the city LCMC Health serves. Following the 2019 launch, I continued to partner with the brand for several years, providing digital and blog post copywriting.
